Microspotting about start-ups at MSFT
I have been reading Microspotting blog for a while and I should say that those guys are doing a great job in covering different interesting initiatives that are going on at MSFT.
Recently they posted an interview with Reed Sturtevant, Managing Director of Microsoft Startup Labs where they are talking about brand new start-up group at Boston. And, you know what? I am so excited with this company: they are open to different technologies, platforms and even business models. So, basically this group in Boston is going to “take ideas from within the company and figure out how to move these products through the early stage of creating a new business.”
I think this is a great direction to follow and let's wait and see how those guys will rock us.
